What is included in this Retreat?
2 nights accommodation NSW Aug 31st - 2nd September 2018 (shared room with one other, contact us if you want own room), all food, transfers to and from airport Coolangatta, transformation / mindset and workout trainings and coaching’s, 2 months of online coaching before and after retreat, Gift bag.
I hereby agree and confirm:
• The information provided in this Application Form is true and correct.
• A Non-Refundable Deposit of $500 is payable at the time of completing this Application Form.
• The balance of the Booking costs is to be paid in accordance with the Payment Schedule.
• I have read, acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions attached to this Application Form which together form the entire agreement between you and Linda Morrison Pty Ltd.
Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Policy
1.1. A description of the Retreat is provided in the Application Form.
1.2. A booking is not confirmed until the customer completes the Application Form, pays the Deposit, and receives confirmation of the booking from Linda Morrison Pty Ltd.
1.3. All payments, including deposits are non-refundable.
1.4. It is recommended that all guests takes full travel insurance to attend the retreat covering all overseas medical expenses and a trip cancellation policy in case the trip is cancelled by either the customer or Linda Morrison Pty Ltd.
2. Payment Policy
2.1. A non-refundable deposit of $500 of the booking cost is payable upon booking. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by Linda Morrison Pty Ltd.
2.2. The balance of the booking costs is to be paid in accordance with the Payment Schedule contained in the Application Form. Failure to pay within the set timeframe will result in the deposit and any paid instalment(s) being forfeited and the place being resold.
2.3. We cannot accept liability for payments not reaching us. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit / debit card supplier for any reason.
2.4. If you choose to pay by electronic transfer, please instruct your bank to charge all costs to you in order to avoid a shortfall in the amount that we receive.
2.5. Linda Morrison Pty Ltd is not held liable for flight costs. All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost.
2.6. The customer is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the Retreat package at their own discretion.
3. Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Customer’s request for cancelation or transfer
3.1. All requests for cancellation of a Retreat are to be made in writing to email@example.com.
3.2. We will be pleased to consider exchange of dates or refund, but the decision whether to grant this will be at our discretion based on consideration of the reasons provided for the request for transfer or cancelation.
3.3. We do not offer any refund for arriving late or departing early, missing activities or not utilizing any part of the program.
Linda Morrison Pty Ltd cancelation policy
3.4. If Linda Morrison Pty Ltd cancels a retreat, all monies for the cost of the Retreat will be refunded. Linda Morrison Pty Ltd will not be responsible for airplane tickets or any additional travel costs or other costs associated with the booked Retreat.
3.5. If Linda Morrison Pty Ltd cancels or changes a scheduled Retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to another Retreat, pending availability, or you may request a full refund of your payment. Linda Morrison Pty Ltd is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation of the cancelled retreat, such as airplane tickets or any additional travel costs or other costs associated with the booked Retreat.
4. Prices and Services
4.1. Linda Morrison Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its offer due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g. external forces, governmental regulations, delays of third parties, weather and oceanic conditions, etc.). If any essential contract paragraph is changed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
4.2. Linda Morrison Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its location due to unforeseen issues (e.g. third party delays or problems, construction, etc.) Linda Morrison Pty Ltd will ensure the standard be kept the same in all the partnering hotels / villas / resorts.
5. Data Use and Protection
5.1. The customer agrees that he/she may be photographed and/or filmed during his/her stay and/or activities in connection with the Retreat, and also agrees that Linda Morrison Pty Ltd may use such recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent. The customer agrees that Linda Morrison Pty Ltd for marketing and market research purposes may use his/her personal data.
5.2. Linda Morrison Pty Ltd assures that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfil the booking or deliver the requested service.
6. Health Disclaimer
6.1. On booking this Retreat you accept full liability for any risk you may take physically and emotionally by participating in the group activities. Linda Morrison Pty Ltd accept no responsibility in this respect.
6.2. It is your responsibility to let Linda Morrison Pty Ltd staff know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during any activity you participates during the Retreat. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the Retreat, then you must desist immediately.
6.3. It is also your responsibility to consult an accredited medical professional to ensure you are sufficiently able to undertake classes and other physical activities that you may choose to do whilst on the Retreat. You are required to provide a certificate of capacity from an accredited medical professional before you can undertake this retreat.
6.4. We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Physical classes are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the Retreat. We are not liable for loss of or damage to, your personal property.
6.5. Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions and dietary requirements before you book. If you have health conditions and dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreats we reserve the right to advise you to desist and in the interests of your wellbeing, or others, we may decline your stay at our retreats. If you do not advise us of your health conditions and dietary requirements we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your payments are forfeited.
7.2. We will manage your personal information in accordance with the requirements of Australian laws.
7.3. Your personal information is protected within our secure database and is not accessed illegally or without authorisation. Such measures not accessed cannot guarantee our systems will or can be free from third party interference. Personal information including payment and/or account details are provided with your acknowledgement that you are doing so at your own risk.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that jurisdiction and any appeals from those Courts.
