Number 3 They DON’T eat enough Protein. Women should be eating protein at every sitting/meal. First class animal protein is best.
Number 4 NOT enough good quality REAL strength training or they train too hard/long or train too little.
Number 5 STRESS too much. YUP. Learn to control stress and guide the body to your best figure.
